The Wildlands Festival is back for another year! This year’s event will partner with actor Tom Skerritt, American Rivers and Gallatin River Task Force for the largest river preservation event in history.
As part of the largest event to ever be held in support of conserving the Gallatin River and rivers across the country, this year’s festival incorporate local non-profits, Wildlands Festival organizers Outlaw Partners, in conjunction with actor Tom Skerritt, the EVRGRN Channel and Triple Squirrels Production, to help commemorate and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Academy Award-winning film, A River Runs Through It, the 50th anniversary of American Rivers, benefiting rivers across the country, and the Gallatin River Task Force, on behalf of local conservation and restoration work to protect the Gallatin.
Produced by Outlaw Partners, the second annual Wildlands Festival will take place at the Big Sky Events Arena in Big Sky, Montana with the iconic Lone Peak as the backdrop. This exciting music event will bring people together who have a mutual love for wild and scenic lands, outdoor recreation, parks, trails, and the enjoyment of what makes this part of the world special.
The three-evening line-up will celebrate the wildlands and incredible spaces that surround us, through music and personal connection:
Friday, August 4: Hooked on the Gallatin fundraising gala event benefitting Gallatin River Task Force
Saturday, August 5: Lord Huron, James McMurtry, Regina Ferguson
Sunday, August 6: Foo Fighters, The Breeders, Taipei Houston
