Do you have a child looking to learn how to fly fish or expand their skills? In partnership with Gallatin River Guides and NorthWestern Energy, this one-day clinic will teach your young angler all the tips and tricks they need to get out on the river! The day will cover casting techniques, knot tying, bug identification, and of course, fly fishing!
Experience: Clinic is open to all experience levels. Our fly fishing guides work in small groups so that every participant can get the most out of the day.
Age: Clinic is open to participants aged 7-13.Please note that participants 12 years of age and older will need a fishing license. Learn more here.
Gear: Fly rods, line, and flies will be provided, however if the participant has their own setup they are more than welcome to bring it. Waders are not required as we will be in shallow water.
Lunch & Water: Participants will need to bring their own lunch and water bottle. Snacks and water refills will be provided.
